His service is best described as "nothing is too small or big" for him to care about, he is always there, always willing to help and advise and always smiling. What's key for me is the time he takes to explain the pros/cons of all possible options, is impartial, but, when you ask "what would you do in my situation" he has a clear, rationale and evidence based answer. Brilliant. In our last transaction there was a miscommunication between myself and the Estate agent, Clint volunteered his time to help smooth things over (which he did); that's not his job! If I could give 100 stars, I would! James and Clint have absolutely bent over backwards in the last 12 months to secure two critical loans during what I see as being the most challenging and difficult time to be a successful mortgage broker. First it was APRA forcing banks to tighten the funding creating all sorts of 'interesting' variances in loan approval requirements. Then it was the Banking Royal Commission which in my view failed to consider how much value good mortgage brokers provide in terms of community service to make peoples dreams happen and just as importantly, keep the economy going with the real estate and construction sectors so important to Australia prosperity. Now we have COVID-19 and the banks are really struggling to keep up with basic demand. With all this on top of them, James and Clint kept their professional composure and went that extra mile to drive progress and obtain the best deal for my family.
