Carlos and Sam at Acton, Mt Lawley were not our appointed agents but were the agents we dealt with when purchasing land from their client. From a purchaser's perspective and being our first foray into the property market of Perth, we found both Carlos and Sam to be very efficient and great to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and we would definitely recommend them to anyone. Carlos and Sam sold our property recently in Bayswater. They were very proactive and organised and obtained a good price for our property. This is our second sale through Carlos and his team and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the Mount Lawley/Inglewood/Bayswater area. Carlos knowledge of the area and proven success were the defining reasons for going with Carlos and he prices properties fairly but always sets a stretch target. Paul Owen knows Maylands more than any agent so he always has a list of potential buyers. He is interested in building relationships which is key in sales. For a year before I listed a property, he was always on hand to assist and lend his opinion on renovations etc. He even brought us a iced coffee one day when we were working on our yard and we complained of the heat. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
