I'm inclined to write a warm glowing report for my agent on this property, Paul Owen. After my property was on the market without an offer for 18 months and following unconscionable conduct by my previous agent I found Paul and thought I'd give him a go and I'm pleased I did because he got a good result. What I found helpful was he communicated regularly and openly, advised me of expected price based on actual research and not opinion, and stayed positively engaged with myself and the potential buyers throughout the negotiation process. He did as much for the buyers as he did for the seller, including local government and planning research so the buyers were confident about what they could confidently build. So I couldn't have wanted for a better experience and continue to work with Paul on other property sales in the future.

We originally bought our block of land from Carlos and sought him out again to sell the house we had constructed. We have been to lots of home opens in the area and the Carlos Lehn team easily runs the most professional operation. Overall the process was incredibly quick and stress free. Carlos came out to us a couple of times whilst we were getting the house ready to sell and once it was finished it all moved very quickly. Photos and brochures were of a high standard and the first home open was a huge success (52 groups through). Second inspections were booked for Monday/Tuesday and we ended up with multiple offers. Carlos was in constant contact throughout this phase - sometimes as much as 5 times a day updating us on any small development. We were very happy with the end sell price. After the sale Sam took over the correspondence regarding inspections/finance/settlement and we were also very happy with her service. The only thing I could fault is not receiving a call from Carlos once the settlement went through or seeing him at the office when dropping the keys off. Not a big deal but would have been a nice touch. Overall really great team to work with and highly recommended.
