Professional, knowledgeable and honest
From our first meeting with Mayank, we knew he was our agent. Mayank has sold our property at a great price even though our property was tenanted. He dealt with tenants very well and managed to sell quickly. Mayank was easy to deal with and it was evident that he had done his market research and quickly got us the result we wanted. Mayank was able to answer all our questions and did so in a timely manner. We highly recommend him.

Communication
Communication is key! I found Alyson kept me in the loop right throughout the process. Even when I lost a little confidence at one stage when no one attended an open house, Alyson was quick to remind me that it only takes one buyer. Alas, she landed the right buyer the following week. I looked around to buy a house more than 50 agencies. in Capalaba, Cleverland, Wynnum, Underwood, springwood and etc. in my experiences Alyson was the best of the best. kind, explanation about house, response, honesty advise to me.
