I met with Chris about a house sale. After our initial meeting I went to the first open house where he was sat at the kitchen bench complaining about his sore back being the reason that he couldn't show me through the to house without recognising it was me! All the blinds in the house were shut and there was not a light was on. A poor showing. There were many instances of a lack of communication on Chris's part including telling us the settlement was going to occur on a public holiday. His communication was also inconsistent, telling me one thing and then contradicting himself within minutes leading me to mistrust him. In one instance he forgot to email me important information about a buyer's inspection. This was followed by one of his many excuses, but not an apology. He didn't help the sale process much at all, in fact, the house sold AFTER we increased the asking price! I found him to be rude at times and overly demanding at others.

We could not be happier! As a buyer, Alyson helped us from the start. She was well spoken, informative and always pleasant to talk to. When our contract crashed due to the finance, she helped up to resurrect it by introducing us to a bank where we could get the best home loan that no broker could find.
