David was fabulous. I had gone to three agents for quotes - he offered competitive rates and followed up. When we were discussing what I wanted done to the place - paint, styling, handyman he had all the trades on site the first day we met. He ensured all the work was done in a week and the unit was for sale within a 10 days of the tenants vacating. It was very smooth. He is a great communicator - he would call, text and/or email me with updates on each opening. He was able to sell my property prior to auction for an excellent price. Upfront. Am saying this because in this era of Sydney hot property market there are other incompetent agents out there that would do everything just to get their commission! False advertisement is rampant. David, isn’t like that! He also value time - no mocking around!
