I'm not an experienced home buyer, I've only inspected several properties and attended one auction and my first inspection was less than two weeks ago. However, I already signed the contract a couple of days ago and one of the reasons for such a quick decision wasn't the property itself but the attitude of the agent (Stewart and his team). I actually liked another property more and it was more convenient for me to pursue that property but I stopped considering it due to poor communication with the selling agent. Stewart was very friendly and open during my inspection of the property. He approached me first, answered all my questions and gave me some extra useful information.
