A superbly coordinated campaign, lots of communication with us (we're in the UK so it was greatly appreciated) guiding us through the process. Very responsive and managed our own expectations well and can only assume potential vendors received the same treatment. Genuinely, I can't think of a single area where we thought it was just good; it was all brilliant.
