We bought from Jason at Harcourts because Harcourts had the ideal unit we were seeking after 5 or 6 weeks of searching. We were impressed with Jason's pleasant, direct approach, without pressure, and the large number of properties he had sold over the last year or so. Harcourts have a policy of selling by negotiation. From a vendors perspective the policy of negotiating the price and terms of every sale with prospects must be (and is) reassuring. So we contacted Harcourts with an open mind hoping we could buy a suitable property at a fair price. And that's the way it turned out. Buying from Jason was a pleasant (even a fun) experience. The agent was focused on what the vendor wanted rather than representing both parties equally. Old school sales tactics. Property was also unkept with overgrown trees and shrubs, and rubbish around the property. As an ex-rental through the same agent we were perplexed how the property was left in such a state, especially before going to market. If we had the opportunity to go with another agent with a similar property we would have walked away without question.

I really appreciate the time and effort Jason and his team, particularly Rhiannon, put in and the lengths they went to when selling my home. Working interstate made it difficult for me to have my finger on the pulse while getting the house ready for sale but Jason and the team made it easy for me. The house looked fantastic and the sale was fast so the market was obviously read correctly.
