Having been away from Australia for a number of years I had told my wife that unlike many of the countries we had to reside in ... Australia was by comparison a shelter from incompetence. The logistics, co-ordination and integration of the Southport Agency was technologically impossible to understand. Within days of beginning with Southport - we were paid-up to take up tenancy of a property we loved at a price we could afford. The team moved like clockwork: I was advised about the property and it was described to me. I was - among others - shown the property. I advised we wished to take up rental. By internet means I was provided a list of documents and information required which I completed by 11:30 pm that same day. Southport office called me early the next day. Advised they were pleased I had properly filled out the forms etc. correctly, and they had already begun their due diligence. By mid-afternoon I was advised by Veronica Guilfoyle that we had secured the rental. How is that possible? Whoever else they worked with must have fitted in like a Swiss watch. I am efficient. They are superior to me. As opponents of Biojrn Borg said. " we were playing tennis ... we don't know what he was playing" Thank you all. Mr McCormack - you have an incomparable team.
