Appointed Veronica senior rental manager for my unit at 1 . 63 Queen street Melrose Place and far superior to the prior unit manager at Melrose Place . Veronica is easy to talk to and offers great advice . Veronica suggested a letting price and she had the unit rented in a few days at her recommended price . In my 63 years as a unit owner in two States she is one of the best I have found and I could highly recommend her to any owner .

This team is soo extremely helpful, they made the whole process so easy, they inform you of everything you need to know, went out of there way to help us when we were interstate, processed my application very quickly, were there to answer all my questions. There processes are very easy to navigate, from paying rent, bond, fixing something. Would highly recommend Sophie, Ben and Veronica

This have been a hard year for everyone especially for us . We have lost our jobs and with a baby coming in December financially we are rather tight . Our story is we moved agencies about a two years ago as we were not getting the service we wanted and after further research we have decided to go with this agency . Long story short we had tenants moving out this month and I was worried that we could not find someone quickly being also close to Christmas I was assuming that I was going to pay empty rental which we could not afford . Veronica was brilliant from day one , she understood our situation and executed everything so fast that we found a tenant so quickly and we have a tenant moving in today . We are so grateful this means a lot to us , we have a baby coming so every dollar saved is a big deal for us .
