Sale of our home
After the initial meeting with Grace and her assistant we knew that we had made the correct decision to ask Grace for an appraisal of our home. Grace was very positive, very complementary, very upfront with her evaluation and her reasoning as for her pricing. Dealing with Grace was always pleasurable. Grace is very aware of the market and her honesty throughout the process meant that the stress usually associated with selling a home was non-existent. Very Positive Experience

Excellent service and interaction, Grace came to us recommended and I’m so glad we followed up on that recommendation. We had a few small issues around settlement but Grace always presented solutions. She is great at what she does and obviously loves her profession.
