We had a few issues; Emily forgot to inform the purchaser that the second kitchen was not council approved. She also forgot about the AC not working and put it in the add and on the contract and I didn't pick it up. She tried to convince me to take a lower offer but i stood firm and we finally got what we wanted. Finally the lack of communication about what was staying and what was to go was not 100%. she was friendly and worked hard I believe.

Sam was able to provide flexible inspections as I was from out of town this was very important, she quickly responded to questions and when needed sought out additional information. She was able to accomodate a flexible negotiation that I believe assisted the sellers and myself the purchaser to arrive at a win win solution.
