He Is not one of those agents to promise an unrealistic sale price to win your business. The price range he presented was very realistic and based on sound research . The marketing plan presented was spot on and targeted to the property we were selling . Craig even suggested a cheaper plan to save us $$$. The interest he generated for the property was outstanding with 19 parties through the first open house and multiple offers presented the first week in the market . We were very happy with the price obtained , it was the top end of our range and sold for above similar sales in the area . Contract received the first week and settlement occurring within a month of listing . Craig #1 rating is well deserved and I can see why he has achieved this.
