This is the second time we have used Craig. The first was for a purchase and the latest was with a sale of an investment property. We decided to give Craig the chance to sell the property after having it with another agent for 5 months with no interest from buyers. Craig listed the property on a Thursday, had an open house on the Saturday and an offer and acceptance was achieved the following week.
