It’s simple. If I had another property to sell in Coffs it would be with Ms Kendall Divine, without a blink! She always kept us informed and we lived two states away! Kendall provided her reasoning for her suggestions which made sense and worked. Kendall also has many good links for services such as Lorna Farrell’s Home Staging, to get our empty house looking as good or better than when it was our home. I would also use Nolan Partners again for property management, they were on task and kept excellent records for us. Highly recommended.
