Having been on the purchaser end of a sale with Kendall, it was a simple choice to use her, and her able co-agent Giorgia when it came time to sell. The team at Nolan's aren't like some other agents in the area that over promise, and under deliver - Kendall and Giorgia know the market, and didn't try coax us into using them with a pie-in-the-sky asking price like another agent whose properties all seem to stagnate on the market, they were up front and honest with their knowledge of the state of the market, priced the property appropriately that generated immediate leads and multiple offers in the vicinity of the asking price - ultimately leading to a solid offer above asking price, a testament to the rapport built with prospective buyers and superior negotiating skills. This was especially important for me as i was acting on behalf of me Aunty has recently moved into a nursing home who lives some 700 km away from me. Craig done both of these from the first day i spoke to him to the day of settlement. Craig suggested a price range strategy to sell the house which proved very successful as we had three genuine offers after the first open inspection with one in the upper end of the range.
