Kendall knows her clients extremely well! She actually introduced us to the property as soon as it was ready to go to market as she knew it would be perfect for us however our heads were still cluttered with other properties we had inspected so we didn't jump on it straight away. Needless to say, as soon as we did arrange an inspection, we were sold and put in an offer immediately.

Kendall was simply amazing and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Whilst hesitant to be saying goodbye to our beautiful family home of 13 years and struggling to come to terms with if we were doing the right thing or not, Kendall remained respectful patient and professional at all times. She helped guide us through the steps to ensure our home was listed at an appropriate price, considering the market versus what our house had to offer and also making sure it was achievable. Craig achieved a fantastic result for us on the sale of our Coffs Harbour property despite some challenging complexities including- 1) The fact that we no longer live in Coffs Harbour and I travel extensively for work. 2) There are tennants in place currently renting the house. 3) The first buyer withdrew their offer five days after submitting it simply because they "changed their minds"! All of this required Craig to communicate with a number of different parties who had different needs and expectations. As well as working through the various challenges of managing all of the different parties agendas. We were very happy with the result and thw process!
