Kendall's initial service was great, her market analysis, attention to paperwork was really good. She achieved a great result on the sale price and once the sale was on kept me informed on what was happening. She is a very pleasant person and looks professional. It was once the house was on the market that Kendall could improve around her communication skills. Returning my calls or texts was slow or didn't happen at times was problematic and I got frustrated at times. I have to say I have found this similar trait with a number of real estate agents over the past 2 years both in the selling and rental markets, Renters, sellers and buyers tell similar stories and I think this commitment to customer service is something all Real Estate could work on and if that did they would dominate market. In the end Kendall sold the house for at the high end of what she said she would which was a great outcome. Thanks Kendall.

Kendall Divine is an outstanding Real Estate Agent & a great representative of Nolan & Partners. My respect, trust was re-established in the Australian real estate by Nolan & Partners & especially by Kendall due to her professional customer service & her caring attitude in how she explained the selling process. Being located overseas in a vastly different time zone (19 hours behind) would of been an issue but with Kendall she worked outside of her normal working hours to correspond & keep me informed of my home's selling process as well as she would follow up with phone calls & SMS messages which is what I mostly use. Kendall approached selling my home by trying to find the right people, families that would fit & appreciate my home. She understood the concept of my home & took the time to listen to the history of how my home was loving built. She looked for people that she felt would appreciate, enjoy the environment of my home, & tried to fit the home to the potential buyers. When it came to going through the contracts Kendall was superb in explaining & helping with the negotiating; making/taking extra time, patiently talking back & forth till an acceptable agreement was made. I strongly recommend Kendall Devine to represent you if you are selling or purchasing a home as she is outstanding in her research, knowledge, listening, & communication skills. She is also a fantastic negotiator understanding what the customer is asking for & ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the sale.
