I am an older person and this was the first time I have sold a property so everything was new and a bit daunting for me. Emily made positive suggestions for the presentation of my home and garden and encouraged me every step of the way. My queries and concerns were attended to promptly. My communication of preference is by text as my memory is not so good and Emily accommodated me by texting important times, dates and other information needed as well as answering my many queries by text, supplemented with emails where necessary. Through the entire process I felt respected, supported and confident in our dealings. I was impressed with Emily's market knowledge, her general real estate knowledge and her enthusiasm for her work. Emily's professionalism was exemplary and always accompanied by a respectful, cheery, encouraging demeanor. Emily's communication was also encouraging and respectful. She was able to explain every facet of our dealings in terms I could easily understand. Even though I had no real estate knowledge our communication was always as if between equals. Such a lovely quality to have when working with people.
