Genuine care and commitment for the right outcome

We initially met Bianca 5 years ago when renting out our property. With the level of commitment Bianca displayed as a property manager, we did not hesitate with engaging Bianca to sell our home! Bianca is dedicated to achieving the right outcome for her clients. We could have sold our property on the first open home with 2 offers, but Bianca suggested we keep it on the market for a couple of weeks longer as she knew the right buyer was out there (there was negligible gain for Bianca from commission between the price we were aiming to achieve and the initial 2 offers). Bianca’s level of commitment and genuine care throughout the process of selling our house was outstanding. Bianca provided realistic advice on the market price, which matched our expectations, and we hit it spot on. Bianca kept us informed throughout the process and is such a pleasure to deal with. We are so grateful and could not ask for more!

Dedicated and passionate

We received regular updates and he always had time to answer questions and share his perspective. There was a genuine care for creating a positive experience selling our property on what could have otherwise felt like a rollercoaster ride!

Open communication

As a FHB, Shumi and Joshua has been a great team to work with. Shumi tried her best to provide updates to us from the initial inspection until settlement of the purchased property. She has guided us in each step and easy to deal with. She provides an open communication which means she would return your calls as soon as she is free. Highly recommended
