We are young first home buyers and came to the market with strong pre-approval. We felt that Vicki did not treat us with any respect or took us seriously. She was intimating and rude. I honestly would have anxiety when she would contacted me. The building and pest report was not great and Vicki was rude and dismissive to our multiple concerns with the property. She made me feel like we wasting her time when we asked to do our pre-settlement inspection. She asked us if the owner could do a bond clean the day after settlement which we agreed to, however once we settled the seller was still moving out and informed us that Vicki told her she was allowed to return the following day to remove at least 2 trailer loads of belongings from the backyard – which Vicki never spoke to us about. She is an agent that works solely for the Seller and really made our first purchase very unpleasant and disappointing
