Alex and his team are fantastic. He sold our house before auction in 1 day, before the first open, at a great price- what more can we say??!! The sale price exceeded our expectations and he and his team were great to deal with from day 1. His market knowledge is spot on, he communicates often and responds promptly to any questions. He and his team took care of every detail making the whole process seamless for us, including arranging all the various trades people we needed. We were also very impressed with the standard of the tradespeople they supplied, they were easy to deal with and had a high standard of work and care for our property.
