My son John was looking to make his first real estate purchase and after inspecting several apartments and town houses we checked out M City for something different. Having a vast variety of specialty shops and Woolworths down stairs was appealing along with the communal facilities. We went into Melcorp real-estate and spoke to Arthur for the fist time. He was very pleasant and professional and showed us 3 apartments each one different in its concept. What we liked was that Arthur was in no way pushy with high pressure sales techniques. About a week later an offer was made on one of them and accepted. Between then and the settlement date Arthur was always available to assist when needed and any phone message left was returned almost immediately. Even after settlement took place Arthur still made himself available to assist where he could with any further queries we had. I highly recommend Arthur whether you are buying or selling real estate as he will make it a pleasant experience as it can be stressful at times.

It was not our thought to get an apartment as investment as there were some negative reports over the years on apartments. After talking to Arthur, we felt confident to make the move. He had helped us through everything we needed from loan, stamp duty etc, especially in touch with renting department. After sale, he continued to help us with other details such as recommending tradesman even that was not his job. Highly recommend him.
