An agent who just gets things done!

I engaged Barbara Clark to sell my property in Coorparoo - I felt someone with impeccable local knowledge was important. The property required some work done to make it sale-able - and Barbara provided advice as to the most effective solution. After that, the ad went up on Tuesday, first open house on Saturday, and then she got me several offers - all after the first open house. There was a bit of negotiations - and then property was sold, just like that - in an apparently slow residential market! I'm a cynical person - I'll be honest here, I've traded my fair share of properties - and my traditional thought is that real estate agents don't add much value. But Barbara does. I would highly recommend her. She gets things done, and as a vendor, that's what's most important - no fluff, no guff - I just wanted the property sold - and she got me what I wanted.
