Bob and the Harcourts team worked very effectively at a reasonable cost to gain a good result for us, and were quite supportive and helpful at all times. I tried to think of a reason to mark him with with fewer stars, but couldn't do it! Bob demonstrated an understanding of the Melbourne property market and relationships between sales in different buildings that made it possible to gauge the relative value of our property. The strategy proved to be the right way to go about selling the unit, and the process went seamlessly. We were overseas during most of that period, however electronic reports, communications, conferencing, and even document signing made distance irrelevant. We ultimately achieved a good price pre-auction due to Bob's sales techniques.
