Without hesitation we reappointed Brenton to sell our terrace after he was involved in the initial sale in 2015. From day one of our campaign Brenton's communication on the market including comparable terrace properties past and present, suburb and street was outstanding. He shared with us extensive knowledge of the market within Sydney, the eastern suburbs and particularly Paddington. He also assisted us in realising the positive outcome and financial gain we had with the renovations we had just newly completed which helped deliver in the final result. The marketing for the property resulted in over 120 groups through for the campaign, more than what we expected week after week. We also managed to leverage on our unique history and get articles printed in Domain and the Wentworth Courier - the sort of detail I imagine many agents would ignore. Benton went above and beyond for our family. We highly recommend Brenton and are already looking where we can do future business together.
