A very satisfactory result

Charles is a very capable sales agent whose strengths appeared to us to be his market knowledge and outstanding communication skills. We achieved a very fast sale at an acceptable price, which met our expectations. We have dealt with a few agents previously, when selling other properties, and rate Charles at the best of them all.
