Karstan Smith

Committed to achieving success in the real estate industry, Karstan Smith is going to bring valuable skills to his new role with Century 21. Karstan’s passion for property began in 2006 when he first worked for Century 21 and completed a cert IV in Property Management. Following on from real estate, Karstan travelled and worked around the world, backpacking across Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia until he started his career in the mines. Most recently Karstan lucky enough to land a position as a contestant on the popular renovating show The Block. Being on The Block really opened up Karstan’s eyes to the incredible possibilities of the real estate world. Throughout his time on The Block, Karstan obtained skills in budgeting, property development, building, structural lighting, design and styling. His knowledge of smart cost effective ways to renovate and style a house for sale is second to none. Community involvement Giving back is important to Karstan and recently he walked an incredible 1,200km from Melbourne to Newcastle for the Starlight foundation. The month long walk challenged him physically and mentally, however the reward of raising over $25,000 made it worthwhile.
