The sale of my property in Brabham was handled with utmost professionalism by Nadija from the outset. From arranging a photographer for marketing, providing valuations to determine a strategy for the sale everything ran smoothly. Nadija made sure to explain everything clearly and was always available to address any matters that needed attention. I was so pleased to receive an offer within 3 weeks of opening given the number of houses that were on the market at the time in a developing suburb. With a little negotiation a deal was reached and the offer was right where our target had been set - perfect! The service didn't end there though and right up until settlement Nadija worked really hard to bring the process to a close - dealing with a buyer that was overseas and multiple settlement agents. Cannot recommend Nadija highly enough!!
