Extensive market knowledge with a solid strategy, Nicholas managed a great result for us.
We spoke to a number of agents to potentially handle the sale of our property. From the start Nicholas laid out a clear strategy to first give the property good exposure, and build interest.
His focus in this local area, meant he understood the best price point to set, comparing some of his recent successful sales in the area.
He was open and willing to listen to our questions and suggestions to combine those ideas, or explain the benefit of a different course. He was never obstructive to any point we may have insisted upon.
Nicholas had number of interested potential buyers already in the market we were selling, and knew the strengths and weaknesses of our property against all this information.
In the end the result was amazing - the house was on the market for approximately a week, with a number of interested buyers through out the week seeing the property before the Open house planned date. We were always contacted well before any planned inspection. Feedback from those inspections was always provided. The Open day was quite a wet weekend, but Nicholas and his team had well over 60 people through and a number asking for contracts to review. In the end we had a number of strong offers on the day of the Open house. Nicholas kept us informed and took our advice until we accepted an offer later that evening which was well beyond our expectations.
During the cooling off period, there were a couple of points to negotiate. He contacted us to consult and respond on these quickly, and the 10 days past without major concerns.
Nicholas and the Ray White team ran a good, solid campaign, keeping us involved in the process where and when necessary, and achieved a price we are more than happy with. Thank you Nicholas.
