She knows the market and was excellent from beginning to end!!
Rosalie was a surprise choice of agent for us as my hubby and I had already decided on a different agent but as I'd arranged a time to catch up with Rosalie I continued with our meeting.....and I distinctly remember half way through our first discussion thinking "wow, she's is good". Rosalie had valuable market research that you couldn't argue with and when challenged she knew the answers. She also asked some clever questions of us and if I didn't give her an answer, she astutely found a different way to find out the information she wanted. To me, Rosalie had a more gentle approach, but she was not a push over at all. In the end it was a tough decisions to make but we went with Rosalie as we felt she was hungrier for the sale and would work harder for us. I also really felt she had our best interests at heart - not the buyers and she had a thorough way in which she worked her database. We had our house on the market twice, once early 2017 and again in 2018. Both times we went with Rosalie and each time she went above and beyond what I expected a sales agent to do and assisted us in more areas than the standard agent. Rosalie was transparent in her communication and she understood the challenges of living in a house with three young children. She always presented opportunities to us but never pushed if it was going to put the family under too much pressure. Rosalie addressed our concerns about the property and found solutions to make them as appealing as possible to buyers. She was very generous with her time and worked hard to get the sale and the best price for us. It is without hesitation that I recommend Rosalie and think that she will be even more passionate for her vendors now she is out on her own. I'm sure she will continue to deliver great things for Aldgate and the surrounding areas for many years to come.
