Great communication, great strategy, great price

When I was looking for an agent to sell my Darwin apartment, I shopped around for an agent, having recently sold 3 other properties and feeling like I knew what I was looking for. I liked Shun's optimism, realism and clear communication. Shun advocated for a simple process, taking into account my current tenant, estimated a sale price that was higher than some other agents and said we had a pretty good chance of selling without advertising. His advertising costs and agents fees were also the cheapest of the quotes I had... just saying. Within a couple of weeks, Shun had identified a buyer without advertising, at a sale price higher than other agents had estimated. The sale went through quickly, with zero dramas. I really enjoyed working with Shun.
