Simon has listed and sold an exceptionally wide range of real estate. This has included a wide range of large and small homes across Adelaide and country SA, plus complex multi-million dollar commercial and residential developments. Simon’s background as a Company Director/owner and Senior Manager has positioned him extremely well in dealing with all types of clients; property owners, local and overseas buyers, professional developers and financiers. In addition to 5 years in real estate, he has over 25 years experience in Human Resources including staff recruitment, psychometric assessment, training and Human Resources generally. Simon has also been Sales and Marketing Manger for a major national organisation. Simon brings with him a significant amount of business experience and wisdom, plus personal experience in buying, renovating and selling property over many years. He has an exceptional ability to find solutions to client problems! Simon’s experience in servicing major State, National and International customers in all recruitment industry has translated into highly effective project management skills for all your real estate needs. Simon lives in Glenelg South and his passions outside of work include music – Simon plays classical and modern guitar and enjoys collecting musical instruments. He also has carpentry and metal work skills, restores classic cars and is a highly ranked black belt/ instructor in Taekwondo.
