The sale of our house

We took a number of years to finally make the decision to sell our house of 22 years, in that time , we had Stephen come to our house to do a market appraisal , this was about 2-3 years ago, during that time Stephen kept a respectable distance but would send us property reports on a regular basis, with no pressure, so when our time came to sell we felt comfortable to use him as our agent, Stephen was always respectful , prompt, and a pleasure to work with, We would highly recommend him to any of our friends.
