Very Good so far but only part way through the house and land package

Suhag has been helpful and always willing to answer my questions as best he can. I still have another year to be spent with him, while the land is released, my house is built and the final stages of the house and land package. I am hoping the rest runs as smoothly as it has so far. At this stage the settlement of the house has not finalised
