We initially had engaged another real estate agent and although we thought the agent was good, we had been really disappointed with the inconsistent internal approaches, lack of communication when dealing with the different parts and people of the agency. Some really great people but you had get those particular people, otherwise the customer service was actually really poor. We thought this is what we had to deal with to get our property sold. We decided to take a risk with Trev a boutique Real Estate Agent, we were actually really surprised, he spent the time to talk to us in such detail and then continued to communicated with us on a weekly basis. We had not had that level of support or communication about the sale of our property before. The first agent actually didn't contact us for the first 3 months, and we thought this was normal. Trev was very professional with our long term tenants and helped them to see that there was potential for them to stay if an investor was interested in the property. He made suggestions and offered alternatives when we had complications but always asked our opinions and listened to our concerns. Trev was excellent and also surpassed our expectations when he negotiated a sale price that was above our asking price. Our family would highly recommend Trev, you will not be disappointed.
