Chloe presented us our lending options, advising us on which one was best suited to our situation, but by no means pressuring us into any one in particular. We recently utilised Birdie’s support to upsize our family home. It was quite a complex exercise to sell shares from 4 different brokers, close down 3 existing loans and move away from an online lender. At times we were concerned about not meeting settlement due to the pace of our prior lender and so thankfully Birdie helped with some non-standard steps to achieve settlement.
