Linda. Smith went beyond expectations and made the selling of mother’s house next to mine a much less stressful experience than it could have been. She was very hands on and organised all she could to bring the property up to standard. There were. A few complications on our end with POA but with patience ,prodding and persistence settlement went through with success. From the minute Rachel 'Ned' walked through the door she was honest, direct and firm on all the key aspects of the sale, from price, to timeframes, she is that good her thoughts on the buyer pool and ultimately the buyer were freskishly accurate.
