Sale Inside a Week ! After exiting from a contract with another sub-par agent, I handed the sale over to Jake. Even though this was relatively low value sale of a 1 bedroom unit, Jake handled it with the utmost professionalism. He listened, provided realistic advice, and consulted on decisions like staging.
