Firstly the agency (Leading Real Estate) are a friendly bunch, very helpful and i could not fault them in anyway. They made me feel part of their Family. Richard represented us and from the moment he valued the house i could tell he had a genuine interest in listing our property and that passion shined from the start. During the sale process Richard excelled my every expectation of an agent. He was helpful, kept me updated on what was happening and gave us many ideas and recommendations to help get the best price for our property. It is really hard to articulate how good he was in a review but its safe to say that he, Adam and the team at leading are the best agents i have dealt with by a country mile (have used 2 other local agents in the past). If i was to sell again Richard would be my first and only call.

I would recommend Richard Henry to anyone, before Richard we had another agent and they done nothing at all, they would not reply to any of our calls, they didn't even give us updates, we started getting a little depressed knowing we were stuck in a contract & not selling our land BUT then we decided to choose Richard from Leading Real Estate he was totally opposite from start to finish, very professional, when I called he would reply promptly, always chirpy, the board & advertising happened within the first few days, I would get updates if someone was interested and even if it was slow & to top it of he sold our land for us. Overall we, my wife & I are very happy and we would highly recommend Richard to anyone. Thank you again Richard on a job well done 👍
