We haven't rented in over 25 years so we were finding the process a little hard, with everything online now it was for us a long process that was getting us nowhere. So MPM property told us to come into the office and they would help with the application process. The staff were wonderful and very professional and we had a rental property within days. Thank you so much guys

I was referred to MPM Property through the builders of my investment property. I had kept them in mind but I also have gone to my research of a variety of agencies for comparisons. Upon my research and findings I had decided to have MPM Property manage my property. With their ratings and reviews it was the statistics based choice. Throughout my dealings with MPM Property I have found them to be very professional and provide swift responses to any defaults and/or issues that any owner would like to be aware. I am pleased to say that I am very happy with my choice to use MPM Property to manage my investment property. With a great service at affordable rate/fees. I would not think otherwise other than MPM for my property. Brandan

Kylie Tannahill from MPM Property has been amazing to deal with. We live in Sydney and she manages our properties in Queensland and nothing is ever to much trouble and we receive regular detailed inspection reports and statements.

We feel so blessed to have been connected to MPM Property. We don't live in QLD and so we were recommended these guys from our Property Coach. Thankfully our property was assigned to Trish's care and expertise. It wasn't until we had a terrible experience with our own property managers in NSW that the level of service we were receiving every year was not exactly common. Every time I speak to Trish I have so much confidence in her recommendations and she has never let us down. She is an asset to MPM and the fact that she chooses to continue to work there says even more about this Property Service. Keep up the great work Team.
