I applied through this agent 4 weeks ago and I've moved in with my kids last week, the process was so easy and very efficient, the staff was fantastic and a special mention out to Krystal Howell who was such a gem through my whole ordeal, especially because it was my first time moving out on my own with my children as a single mother,which made the experience rather pleasant.

Leanne, is an approachable property manager, she was efficient in her procurement of a good tenant for us, at the rent I requested on a 12 month lease. It took a short time to find a good tenant, but Leanne never once tried to put pressure on me to reduce my rent. She even conferred with me that my expected rent amount was in keeping with market values, but also whilst I was expecting a slightly higher figure than the market, Leanne took into account and acknowledged improvements I had made to the property. She vetted all prospective tenants well. Propertyme portal is an easy to use, easy way of keeping up to date, with all monies in and out, rent paid on time, tenant and servicepersons inspections. Only 3 months into my first lease agreement with MPM Property Ipswich, so early days, but so far, I feel very comfortable with my decision and in good hands
