Emily is my agent at NG Farah, she makes my life so much easier. It is very important to have an agent that you can TALK to , do a bit of problem solving re tenants or washing machines. Hi there, I've known NG Farah for over 25 years and used their services for, selling a unit at Kingsford in 1994 and more recently as a renting agent for a 3-bed Townhouse at South Maroubra. When our previous tenant gave notice, I was able to consider between two parties after only 1 Saturday open house, increase the weekly rental I was after and have them move in with minimal down time.
