Mark Feerick presented me with a sale and marketing plan to me when I was contemplating on selling my house. He was transparent and sincere in the presentation and presented a well planned strategy to interest many bidders to the auction. As we were in lockdown situation, the conditions presented to him were difficult and restrictive. One on one inspections and lockdown SOP means he had to spend a lot of time organizing the inspections and follow ups. He was diligent and hard working and spend long hours at the property. He work above and beyond to get the best price and executed a great marketing campaign under a severe lockdown and a virtual auction conditions.
