We recently purchased our second property, we sold our first home through Kate and were lucky enough to buy our second through Kate also. Within the first 48 hours of finding this property online, we had a private inspection, made an offer and had it accepted. Just like that, too easy ! Very happy customers Sold and bought with Kate in less than 30 days

We had the pleasure of not only selling our property with Kate but also purchasing our next home Kate’s flexibility, honesty and down to earth nature was the reason we felt so comfortable after our valuation to sell our first home through her. We even cancelled a second valuation with a different real estate we felt so confident in Kate’s knowledge and marketing plan for us. Needless to say, she gave us helpful tips to make our house more presentable, the photos looked great, and within 10 days we had an offer that was 10k over the valuation. We couldn’t be happier.

Kate & her assistant Courtney from Ray White are a fantastic team that made selling our home an enjoyable stress free experience. It was the little things from punctuality at appointments, clear communications, advice, pace of the whole process & great organisation that made selling with Kate a pleasure A true professional

Kate was selected to represent the sale of our brand new house in the LOCHAVEN Estate after an extended sales campaign with another agent. During the lead up to the relaunch of our property and the initial preparations for the first Open For Inspection, Kate and Courtney kept us informed on the progress of the listing and the promotion on the web. At the first OFI, Kate was able to secure a buyer on a short settlement period. For that we were most grateful. During the short sales campaign, we found Kate and the team at Ray White, Cranbourne, to be approachable, helpful and highly professional. We have no hesitation in recommending her and her office to owners looking to sell in the area.

Great market knowledge and knew his price point very well. Went above and beyond and had our property sold in 4 days in a very slow market.

Chaminda, thank you for building a professional relationship with us and selling our home to the right buyer at the right price. We are grateful to have been able to work with you. You had detailed knowledge of the area, were able to build relationships with buyers and you gave us transparency in our expectations. A positive experience in selling our property. You're the top agent in the area and as happy as we are with the result, we will miss our strategy meetings with you! We hope others are able to have the same selling experience with Ray White as we did.
