I had never sold a house before and my knowledge of how to go about this was very limited. Selling a house can be very overwhelming with everything that needs to be done from start to finish. Kate made this process for me very easy. Her knowledge of the market, buyers and time to sell is excellent. Kate keep me up to date with everything that was going on, and was able to answer any questions I had at any time. The process after the house was sold and everything to be signed off was very easy too. Paul was great to deal with alongside his assistant Dwayne, however when it came to settlement day we were informed that we would only receive some of the keys which was very disappointing. With a high level of professional this was not expected by the team at Ray White. Poor organisation skills with the Vendor meant that we were waiting for 2 weeks after settlement to receive the rest of the keys with the garage door remote, in which nothing was done to satisfy the customer's request.

Paul was very persistent and patient in a complex sale chain with multiple participants. Communications were good despite poor comms from other parties. Paul knows his market and this was a house for a specific audience Inspections were kept to a minimum and still got a result. I would work with Paul again
