From day one we could tell Matthew was an easy going bloke, when viewing the property he was very knowledgeable on the area and the condition of the house for the price. He knew we wanted a fixer upper and he let us know what needed fixing without sugar coating everythibg like some agents we met. He always kept in close contact with us even late at night which made the whole process alot easier. Top Aussie bloke! Recommended if you want someone honest

We were looking for houses for about 2 months and most of the agents we dealt with were not very helpful and even rude sometimes because the competition in the market is very high. Buying the first home is a very complicated and stressful process. When I saw this house we are purchasing now I was immediately interested and texted Kate/Courtney to do an inspection. Courtney was lovely, very responsive and we made an inspection on the same day! She was very friendly at the inspection, made us feel super comfortable in asking questions and made the whole process of making an offer and signing the documents very easy and seamless. This was our 5th offer on a property and she was very understandable and explained the whole process in a very clear language. We won the house and she was very happy for us!! She also helped us with some legal matters on the contract of sale. We are still 2 weeks away from settlement to occur but so far we highly recommend Kate & Courtney, they make the whole process very easy and help us anytime we have questions or concerns, they get back to us very quickly and we feel that we have been well supported on our first purchase!
