From day one we could tell Matthew was an easy going bloke, when viewing the property he was very knowledgeable on the area and the condition of the house for the price. We were looking for houses for about 2 months and most of the agents we dealt with were not very helpful and even rude sometimes because the competition in the market is very high. Buying the first home is a very complicated and stressful process. When I saw this house we are purchasing now I was immediately interested and texted Kate/Courtney to do an inspection. Courtney was lovely, very responsive and we made an inspection on the same day! She was very friendly at the inspection, made us feel super comfortable in asking questions and made the whole process of making an offer and signing the documents very easy and seamless.
