From the first time we met Luke in July 2020, we were very impressed with his understanding of our needs and his suggested approach regarding the sale of our home in Harrisdale. The property was listed for sale in July 2020 and eventually sold in March 2021. During this time there were Government incentives for new home builds / renovations which made selling more difficult in the upper price range. There were 43 'Home Opens' and on each occassion Luke was very punctual and always provided us with feed back and a follow up of prospective buyers within the following two days. Luke provided us with up to date details of other nearby property sale details as well as suggestions on our property listing for our consideration. It was a pleasure having Luke as our Agent and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to other prospective sellers / buyers.

Brian was cool, calm and collected when it came to selling our home.. I am sure he sees hundreds of homes, but we felt like he saw our home through our eyes, and treated it like the castle we loved for many years. He was patient and answered the many many questions we had throughout the process. And was super helpful even with our new purchase (from a competitive realtor) with some of the hurdles we faced.
