Daniel originally contacted us due to the fact that the owners of the apartment we were living in had decided to sell the apartment. We had rented this apartment for approx 7 years and had become fond of the home. We were a little upset over the news as we did not want to move and were worried that the new tenants would not only want new tenants, but also increase the rent. We decided to put our interest forward to purchase the place and won the overall bid. We were not only thrilled about the fact that we could actually call our house our home, but we also found out that we got a great deal on the apartment and that is always good to hear from the buyers perspective. Daniel from inception was always clear about the facts and always let us know ways of improving our chances for a successful purchase. He came to our place to inspect the condition of the apartment and was very courteous and offered to take his shoes off and also wore a mask which made us feel very safe. Daniel was transparent with everything he spoke to us about and we felt that he had covered all aspects of buying and he was very diligent and followed up information we also were requiring. As this was our first home, we had no idea where to start and Daniel was kind enough to direct us to the legal side of the purchase and now we are finalising our purchase without any fuss.
